We found Cityside Subaru efficient, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Salesman Marco De Leon did a great job of directing us to the model we really wanted. The only problem with the dealership was the cramped space due to not quite complete garage construction. As to the Crosstrek we purchased, we're delighted. I do object to the bundling of essentially all safety features with unnecessary frills like a moon-roof.
