Mr. Jose Castaneda, Service Advisor was very helpful addressing the needs for my HONDA Civic to keep it up to date. Labor was high price but it’s worth it. I always take my HONDA to the dealers

Scheduled appointment over the phone, had trouble understanding the web site , system kept asking for my info over and over.

Oscar Castillo, my service advisor, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Elisio Renteria also sent a very detailed and helpful video outlining the repairs. This service experience is a big reason why I will keep coming back to Clark Knappe Honda.
