Horrible customer service. There is no point in making an appointment because this dealership totally disregards your time. You’ll be waiting for hours and the act like they’re doing you a favor. Totally disrespectful and ridiculous.
Great experience with Peter Falvey at the service department. Got an issue resolved and covered under warranty. Very good listener, very logical, very customer-focused
We work with Hannah Aliahmad in service. Had left Audi Hawthorne as that dealership had gone downhill (service doesn't pick up phone and doesn't check voicemails -- awful). Hannah is the best service agent. Keeps you informed and goes the extra mile. We'd bought from Audi Hawthorne before and when we buy a new Audi will be from Audi New Rochelle, because of Hannah.
Excellent customer service. Hannah and Shaun were extremely attentive and focused on ensuring that the issue with my vehicle was fixed. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond. I had an issue that was likely related to a previous service visit, and they took care of it. Checked everything and secured a loaner for me so they could take their time diagnosing and repairing the issue.
I brought my 2023 Audi A6 in for 1 year / 10k mile service and a (recall) software update at 8 a.m. All was done by 9:15 a.m. My service advisor, Christopher Morrissey was excellent.
I brought my 2023 Audi A6 in for service at 4pm today. All was done by 5pm. Check in and check out was very fast as well. My service advisor, Samantha Diaz was excellent.
