Chloe and Cameron did a great job. One of the faster dealer experience I have ever had.. I live out of state (3 hours) they stuck to their word and gave me what they stated for my trade in, didnt have to hassle over price, hidden fees, add ons, etc. Processed the paperwork. Helped out with anything that I needed to get moved over. Would definitely buy from this dealer and its sister Classic Chevy stores again! I visted 2 other dealers and wasnt happy with their customer service. Way to go Chloe and Cameron!
Tim is awesome. I needed low pressure, didn't want to be talked into anything or push and Tim was my guy. I told him what I wanted, couldn't get the first truck to my price point, not Tim's fault, but two weeks later he found me the perfect truck.
Austin was absolutely the best. He made the process seamless and smooth. Absolutely the best salesman in the business.
The salesman Carlos has done a great job. I have had a slight issue with the transmission however they seem to be making it right.
I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I will absolutely be back with my Tahoe and Duramax as needed. thank you, Neal and the technicians for excellent service
