Joe is more than a salesman; I consider him a friend. I've bought from him before. I'm handicapped, and when he realized I was coming in to buy a new Honda CR-V, instead of making me walk around the dealership, he used an office chair to make it easier for me to get around. He's a good guy, caring and considerate and, oh! yea! He's a great salesman, too! I would not buy a car anywhere else except from Joe! Joe went the extra mile, set up the electronics, walked me through all of the car's features, and stayed with me until I felt at ease with the car! By the way, on the transactional side, Rafael was straightforward to work with, knew his stuff, and wrapped everything up quickly!

He's a calm, no-pressure salesman who made the car buying process easy. (I wish I had gone there first as I walked out of another Honda dealership because they added stuff to my order that I didn't need or want.)
