Coastas H. was the person assigned to me . Very friendly and fast . I was told my car might be ready around 12:30 because we added additional services . we got a call early . very happy with my experience . Coastas was very helpful and professional .

When I arrived, I had been assigned to a person who, apparently who was on vacation, and the assistant service manager took my account. Did not seem happy about that, and at checkout time was not forthcoming regarding questions I was asking. I will definitely seek another service advisor next time.

Service assistant Anthony was knowledgeable and kind. Impressive! However, when I got home and reviewed the check list (tire pressure, wipers, etc) I saw errors from your mechanic. He had marked “yellow” on air filter and cabin air filter. Which was incorrect bc I had just replaced them the night before. Also, my drivers wiper needed replacing and it was marked and green (excellent). So, mechanic isn’t going over the car but taking the easy route and checking boxes. Disappointing.
