Not only did they tell me the part was in stock, but also that they could install it right away. Because I Purchased my truck there, they even gave me a discount on the part and labor. I was in and out in an hour and a half.
We called 3 other Ford dealers after our brand new Bronco had a major electronic malfunction with the accelerator. We heard 1-2 weeks minimum before they could even think about looking at it, and no one would help with a garaging since the entire top was off (Cape Cod in the Summer). Oz said bring it right in and he could help with the Garaging. Tom was great on check in. By 5pm on Saturday the diagnostics were done and the part was ordered. Although they said it would be done by Thursday Tom called Tuesday and said it was done. Superb experience. Plus a luxury car experience in the waiting area to boot. One thing though; I called the manager Garret and left a message to tell him how great the team was. But he never called back. That’s the only ding.
I like you guys. Glen sold me my new truck back in December,& turns out we know lots of the same people. Small world. Recently had 10,000 mile check up after a most excellent road trip,was in & out quickly with no issues. Taking another road trip & I’ll be back for 20,000 mile check up when I return. Please tell Glen hello & hope he’s feeling better.
