The staff was Friendly and courteous. My oil change was done within the time frame given
My family has purchased two cars in the same year from this dealer. We love the vehicles, and the dealership is certainly an interesting, fun environment. There were a couple of times that I stayed when service was being done. I am sure I am not the only one who tries to work while waiting and I was beyond uncomfortable. Based on what I do for a living I emailed, called and stopped by to talk with the owner and GM with some suggestions. Neither of them called me back or responded to my email. While I can respect someone not wanting to purchase anything, I am in sales, so I have thick skin. Not responding is rude. Not to mention that I am a customer. That certainly rubbed me the wrong way. The service guys are great. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful and I trust them. The only inconvenience is their lack of loaner cars. Again, I am on the road for sales and not once has a car been available to use when my car was out of commission for 3-4 days. I know that's not the service departments call, but other dealerships certainly offer this convenience to their customers. Overall, I would recommend the dealership in general.

Whenever I go in to this dealer I can ask a dumb question and no question is dum and I always seem to get the answer that I am looking for, Therefore I feel you all are very awesome
Bobby wrote up everything exactly the way that I requested. Everything was done in that manner. Everything is returned to me exactly the way it should be nice job.
Repaired the problem I had since the car was purchased. Only dealership that found the problem.
