Always on time , friendly and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions as well.

I have always been pleased with the service but I took advantage of the vehicle pickup/delivery shuttle option for the first time. In a word, I found this wonderful! It was nice not taking the vehicle and making arrangements with someone else to bring me home and take me back.
Left confident that the service was performed with care and skill of Sr. Master Ford technician. this is the only place i will let touch my truck
