From the time we arrived at Competition Subaru, Jesse Moss took great care of us. The dealership had many choices of new and pre-owned cars for us to choose from. Jesse was extremely patient as we tried to decide which vehicle to purchase. He never pressured us. Jesse just laid out all our options so we could make the best decision for our situation. Jesse said “He just wanted us to be happy with (our) decision”. When we finally made our choice, he took utmost care in teaching us about our new vehicle, he paired my phone to the car, explained the many features of the car, and taught us how to use the foot activated rear lift gate. I would definitely recommend Jesse Moss and this dealership to others looking to purchase a Subaru. In the finance dept, Raul went through each and every paper and form, we needed to complete this purchase. He thoroughly and simply explained each form and answered all my many questions until I was satisfied. Thank you all at Competition Subaru. I love my new car !!!

AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I purchased a 2015 used Subaru Legacy only 1.5 weeks ago for cash. 2 days later it would not start at BJS & I was stuck waiting in the dark for AAA. I called Diego (salesperson) who talked me through this & who heard from my phone that the motor was turning over numerous times but not starting. He was sure that I had left the overhead light on but I had not, & that it was the battery. I had to wait for over 1 hr for AAA, then it started- he said it was not the battery. We took it in the next day & it was there for 2-3 days. They said it was the battery & they had replaced it. The next day it would not start again. I made a video of it, called them & we brought it back this past Friday. After 5 days when no one called me I called. BTW, by this point when I brought it back for the 2nd time, there was also a loud groaning noise when I took my foot off the brakes which I also provided a video of. They said, it had not had any trouble starting and at least 3 people I spoke with implied it was a figment of my imagination, even though I provided a video and Diego heard it. He said something is wrong with rust in the brakes & he was trying to get approval. REALLY, in what universe do I have to pay for this when I just picked up this car that I was told was ok to drive less than 2 weeks ago. This car was only at my house for about 3-4 days so far & driven only 3-4 times, twice picking it up from servicing. I KNOW NOW THE CAR HAS AN AUTOMATIC 90 DAY WARRANTY UNDER LEMON LAWS WHICH COVERS BRAKES AND A LOT MORE. NO ONE HERE TOLD ME THIS! MA told me that it did not have a bad battery but a service person told me it had a bad battery. So which is it? He said they replaced the battery out of "good will". Why would you replace a good battery & not figure out what is causing intermittent starting issues? They said they need to see it happening to repair it, yet they've seen it happening on video. I told them in detail what is going on. I have asked now for a refund of all my money so I can buy a new car elsewhere. MA refused that so, I have asked to speak with the owner of the dealership. He also told me he won't speak to my brother because he isn't on the title of the car. REALLY, LOL. I have made a complaint with Subaru Corporate, I gave them my video. I have also emailed Jeff Walters who is the head of Subaru US. I hope someone will do the right thing & refund me the 17K I paid for an un drivable car. IN 2 WKS I WILL BE WITHOUT A DRIVABLE CAR DUE TO THIS. Unbelievable that it was implied that this is a figment of my imagination. It is not. COMPETITION SUBARU SOLD ME A BUM CAR- THEY NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING- REFUND ME! They seem to expect me to drive a car with intermittent starting issues because they can't figure out the cause, WHICH IS NOT SAFE. RIDICULOUS. In addition, MA told me the issue with the brakes would not have endangered me but I have little faith in this because I have been told two different stories about the battery and they can't even figure out what is causing the starting issue. Some here are not very nice people nor trustworthy obviously. So patronizing to tell me when I suggested it could be a fuel injection issue to someone- that he could fix that for me if "it would make me happy" etc. It would make me happy if you did your job & stop gaslighting me. I need this like a I need a hole in the head. I have now spent a lot of time & energy bringing this un drivable car here & talking to mostly condescending/ unhelpful people. Not to mention the AWFUL STRESS- I have poor health. CS THINKS IT'S OK FOR ME TO DRIVE A NON DRIVABLE CAR. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You sold me a car with multiple issues which you failed to detect in advance & now you need to make good on it. I saw in one review here that someone else was offered a refund on their bad used car, so why not for me???? I regret ever coming here. SO HORRIBLE YOU WOULD DO THIS!!

Zaak Foz sold me my new Forester(this is my third)……..he made the purchase so easy. He is smart, kind and honest, a definite asset to Competition Subaru. Very grateful to have had him as my sales person.
