To begin with, the Service Department was able to schedule a same-day appointment for an issue and that lead me to look at new vehicles while waiting for the repair. Brett did a great job showing me the Rogue and was knowledgeable about its features. While speaking with Brett, Moe recognized me as a return customer and together we were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and I now own my third vehicle purchased at Concordville - first a Subaru, then a Rogue SL and now a Rogue Platinum.
