What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. I needed a new car and shopped around to 3 different dealers. VW, Carmax, and Audi. Audi had the most expensive cars but also offered me the most for trade in and had the best customer service. I felt well taken care of. I gave them my budget and test drove a few cars. I didn't feel like the dealers were pushy or trying to upsell me which was nice. You do pay more for an Audi, but I feel like I got more too.
