Angie was great throughout the whole process. My wife had called ahead to talk with Angie and told her what we were looking for in a car. They discussed some models they had in stock and had one that met all things that we wanted and way more. We all found out that we actually knew some family from clear across the state. The whole process felt like we were talking to a friend. One thing my wife liked was that she was listened to throughout the process as she is the one that will driving the car the most. The new process that is on the computer was more streamlined then previous times of having to work with the salesman and then waiting for a long time to talk to the person that finishes the process. Thanks to Angie, we are very pleased with our purchase.

We got Becky and Angi as our sale rep, they are great all around. We’d recommend them to anyone.

We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid. Becky gave us a brief explanation of the hybrid differences, quickly brought both vehicles to the showroom door, and lets us take them fora test drive. Becky was very friendly and efficient. We were contacted by one of the mangers to answer any questions. A very good experience. If we decide to purchase a vehicle, we will definitely buy it here.

(11212025) I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and mentioned that I might need to replace the windshield in our 2023 Subaru Forester due to a rock impact. The person stated that a service advisor would give me a call back to schedule the appointment. (11252025) Since I had not received a call back for an appointment, I called the Baxter Service center again.. This time someone stated they would transfer me to a service advisor.. the call transferred.. rang for well over 8 times.. then I was disconnected. I called back, this time asking for the Service Manager.. the person stated apparently he was not available. So, long story short.. For over 2 years we have serviced our Subaru at this location, but never again.

Very easy to work with, everything was smooth and quick. I love my new car. Carry is the best!
