On March 25th 2021 I went to buy a car and Colby Pollette helped me a lot and that’s why I bought the car.

So if I could give 0 stars I would. My wife set up an appointment to get a window seal fixed and navigation updated on our 08 Honda Odyssey. The dealer found other things wrong so I had them fix them since it was there. When I went to pick up the van after they said it was done I looked under the hood to just check things out. I found that the oil was barely on the dipstick, the air filter box had missing screws and was loose, and there was a missing clamp on the intake. After spending 30 minutes getting these issues taken care of I then looked and found that they did not fix the window seal or update the navigation. You would think that when you spend $2200 for work on your vehicle that it would be done right. Glad I picked it up and not my wife.
