Juan was the sales person assisting me, and he wasn’t professional, and wasn’t serious in wanting to make a fair deal, and rather wasted my time entirely. Better off going to other dealerships.

Horrible business! Was promised by sales rep (Martin) registration would be paid for upcoming year. I was charged for registration 30 days later due to financial dept (Brian) stating they couldn’t renew because it was more than 30 days out, and DMV doesn’t allow them to renew the reg if it is over 30 days. It was 31 days exactly and even though sales rep assured me Toyota would pay this, they refused to pay the reg of $414. General manger Mike Hagans did absolutely nothing to help this situation and a full complaint was filed with Toyota corporation itself. Toyota has assured me this was unethical business and in fact refunded my money. Visalia Toyota is under investigation and I am a firm believer in justice will prevail. Proceed with CAUTION should you visit this dealership!

Simple the boss is an arrogant sort of hard xxx who hung up the phone on me. Right there he lost!! All I tried to do make deal a few hundred better?!? Wow tough guy((Mike Hagens).. Seemed like fair deal but wanted to talk..... Oh well it would have convention for me but you are nasty.....
