Had to call too many times because my calls were not returned. Calling a customer back after they leave a message is always appreciated. The customer should not have to call you back.
They always do great work and they are very timely with the work. It’s nice that they remember my name. The valet service is very convenient.
Friendly customer service nice new building great staff took the time to listen and address my concerns where they are now I would good back there again to get my truck and car fixed
The service tech said the oil change and tire rotation would take 1 hour. In reality it took 1 1/2 hours. They did not inform me as to the delay. It would have been nice to know of the delay ahead of time. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service.
We are very pleased with our service from Gordie Boucher. We currently have 3 cars being serviced there.
