It took too long to get the work completed. I understand the insurance complicated things but I still feel it was too slow

Robert in service department is excellent, he always makes my appointments so easy, makes sure all my needs and requests are met, very easy to work with and always provides excellent service, very pleasant to work with him.
Been a long time customer with Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls and Boucher Lincoln in West Allis and have never been disappointed!
Every person (except Tim) was crabby and didn't seem to want to help me.
New facilities are really nice, but my oil change took 2 hours. Service took too long
