Calling to confirm (after several email exchanges and telephone conversations with Jillian Coloe), that a specific vehicle was available, I was assured by Jillian Coloe and her sales manager less than 24 hours before visiting dealership that the vehicle was in stock. Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me.

I had a fantastic experience when I leased my new Volvo XC90 from Admiral Nissan. I am super busy and Curt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the car leasing process a breeze. He answered all of my questions and my deal was processed very quickly. He also followed up with me via email and phone to see if I had any questions since driving the car off of the lot. I even met Value Vince Patermo who helped with the review of the value of my trade in vehicle. I received a very fair trade in on my former vehicle. I had a great experience at Admiral Volvo! We worked with Hal Silberman - he was very friendly and made the leasing process SO easy! The manager, Glen Ewen, was also a pleasure to work with! I usually car shop for a few days and then make a decision. Not this time! I test drove the S60 and loved it! They were so up-front with me and Glen was willing to get me where I needed to be in my payments, that I drove off the lot that day in a new Volvo! This says a lot since I've been a Honda/Acura owner for the past 16 consecutive years. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and Hal even offered us entertainment by showing us his magician skills while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Unfortunately, a deer ran out in front of me on a highway the first day I had it, so I was able to test the safety of a Volvo first hand. I'm a Volvo fan for life! My car had a lot of front damage, but I didn't have one injury. Hal recommended Admiral Auto Body for repairs and has kept in contact with me since the purchase. I took my car to Admiral as Hal suggested, and they've also been wonderful! If you want a pleasant, non-stressful car buying experience, I highly recommend shopping for a car here!

Hal was my salesman and made this the pleasant experience that it was. He was very informative but not pushy at all. He followed through on every detail.
