I have been a long time customer at Mark Allen, first for routine maintenance & eventually purchasing a car from them. Unfortunately , I had a less than ideal experience related to a routine maintenance service earlier this week. After bringing my concerns to their attention, the management team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They took my concerns seriously, maintained excellent communication, and provided me with direct contact information should I have any future needs. While it’s never ideal when something goes wrong, I believe a company’s true character is shown by how they respond, and Mark Allen Chevrolet demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
