Second Review on New Car, some of the negative reviews I have doubts about their experience buying two cars from this dealership, they are almost comparable to the Japanese Nissan as far as Customer Service and honesty. I’m not saying all the negative reviews is baseless but what I see reveals that this dealership has come as long way under this Manager and Staff… such a delight to deal with them, more than just a Car Dealership!!!
My Second car from Don Williamson Jacksonville, both times it’s been a pleasure ! From Everyone down the salesman, Kevin Heigl, the Finance Manager, Michael Dicocco and the manager himself. Unequivocally the Best Dealership in Jacksonville, from the way they treat the customer from beginning to end the staff that helped me was superb!!! Especially the Tech guy who took me in a long drive explaining the sophisticated autonomous level 2 system to setting up WiFi, he took his time and showed me !! Very Tech knowledgeable to say the very least !! What a great staff and great car. In my opinion Nissan has some of the best Design and craftsmanship than most cars in its class and in fact they have extras that others charge more for with different packages . Love the 25 Nissan Rogue and drives itself on most highways. Thank you Don Williamson !!! Great job and Staff
Stay away from this place. From the sales process to closing the deal. even up to your first service they are nothing but trouble. Lies and deception to rope you in to paying for something that they denied was included with the purchase. Then they damaged my vehicle by cracking the grille on the very first oil change. If you're willing to take the chance, go for it. Perhaps you'll be one of the lucky ones. The dealership has a history through the years of taking advantage of people and especially our young service members but it doesn't stop there. They are the reason dealerships in this town have a bad name and why people go elsewhere to purchase. I made a drastic mistake and gave them a chance. It cost me, don't get burned like I did.

Most amazing experience EVER at any place I have ever been. Not just car dealerships, I mean anywhere. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. Sebastian our salesperson did a full tour of the Rogue before we went on the test drive and explained everything to me. It was the most thorough explanation before or after any of my other car purchases. I truly cannot say enough about Sebastian. He is AWESOME!! I have told everyone how happy I am with him and the entire place. Friendly, professional, helpful, etc. etc. etc. Rick was awesome. Heaven, Katie, Jenny May, and several others were amazing. Best Car purchase of my entire life.
