Highly sales oriented. I felt extremely pressure while just spending time to look. Even after feel uncomfortable they did not stop.
I absolutely would NOT purchase a vehicle from Stirling Honda, horrible deceptive sales managers, period!
When I went to try and buy car 2 weeks ago got runaround from JT (apparently Jared) and when I checked in 2 days later to look at the car he said would be available and he would call me that day he didn't even work that day. Another guy gave runaround on a different car. They both acted like they didn't care if they sold me a car or not! So last week I gave my $21k to Bud Clary and they treated me well and with respect. Won't ever deal with Stirling again.
I walked into the showroom knowing exactly what I wanted. They didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, but they said that they could make another model just like it. I'm not a car expert, and there wasn't enough time to thoroughly look through everything to see how it compared. One of the very important items I needed was a tow package with a 2 inch receiver. The salesman I was working with assured me that they could make it happen. After nearly a month, the added items were installed, but there was a HUGE problem. A tow package with a 1 1/4" receiver was installed. I told the service department that there must be some mistake. They treated my like I was the idiot because they said that Honda doesn't even make a 2" receiver that fits my car. I had a long talk with the salesman that I had worked with, and he did not take any responsibility for the mistake and showed no remorse. I asked if they could take off the tow package and credit me back, and they said they "couldn't" do it. I went to U-Haul to get the correct receiver, but they really struggled with the install because the removal of the incorrect tow package was very difficult due to the sloppy and poor workmanship by the dealership. All I can say is this... I won't buy another car from Stirling because they are not trustworthy and honest.
Awful. I purchased a new car outright. I asked the finance guy to call me when they recieved the deposit, he did not. They kept my vehicle 2 days knowing I had no other transportation because the salesman that helped me had his days off. All somebody had to do was give me the keys and let me sign several documents. they aren't a team. The salesman, Taylor then called me on his day off and promised he would pick me up at 10am the following day, he did not. When I called up upset I was told "I don't know what's going on. You're talking to the wrong person " that's not an acceptable answer for a reputable business. The correct answer is "I'm sorry. Let me find somebody who can help you" after yelling at them I was given my keys, singed 2 documents and left. 3 days ago I called about a title question. I was told the finance guy would call me. He did not. Worst place ever
I drove across state to buy a civic from these people all was good until the finance manager started to harass me into buying a extended warranty! Never have I spent so much and been treated so badly! That guy has got to be the owners kid ! Only way he could keep his job! Or son in law either way he has no business dealing with people
