Going to the dealership for service generally means paying a little more than going elsewhere. This recent service, like previous service, was upfront and efficient. I was told what the problems were and given prices and any options available. And for routine work, they can often get you in quickly. I accept that owning a car means I'll have to pay for repairs and maintenance. Corstese Ford makes this as painless as possible. I was also asked to respond to the feedback email, which I probably wouldn't have done otherwise.

Paxton Reed is wonderful. He goes out of his way to help with anything you need. A great asset to the Cortese team.

Solid job with work done and provided accurate estimate of cost for new water pump and diagnostic test. Would prove 4 1/2 stars. Not 5 stars due to service not knowing specifically why I am dropping off the car and seemingly dealing with a few different employees on the same service job. Joe was accommodating with all of my questions and concerns.

The service, customer service, and over all experience was amazing. The team was wonderful and I will be returning.
