They had more confidence than I did. They were able to really help out when I needed a vehicle.
We called numerous times on Friday but no one answered the phone and we sent a text but no response. We called the dealership ( sales ) finally got to talk to someone in the service department about our car to assure the maintenance had been completed so we could pick the vehicle up. A customer should not have to pressure the sales department to talk to the service department when we were told on Wednesday the vehicle would be ready on Friday but no time was given to us. We were trying to follow up to make sure the car was ready. The car runs great but customer service is everything.
The whole experience was very quick. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would be a return customer.
