I had service done here for the 1st time at this location on my ID.4 last week. Justin was GREAT! They had me in right on time & the service was done super fast. The service department seems very well run, organized, thorough & fast. I’ll definitely be returning there for all of my future maintenance & service needs. I highly recommend them overall & specially Justin, if you have the option to choose a service professional!!

Buying experience, great. Service sucks. They installed a VW rock deflector on my car, and a few months later, it came loose on the highway, damaging the paint on both feners and hood. The best they could do is putting on touch-up paint, which always looks like crap, and refuse to repair the paint properly. They obviously don't give a xxxx about customer service, particularly since it was their installati9n that fail3d and caused the damage in the first place. You have been warned, there are better dealers than this bunch!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Wayne Moore assisted us when looking for a VW Atlas. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They had what I was looking for but I was not sold on the black rims. Went home to think about it, came back, not wanting the black rims, Darwin was outstanding! He was gracious enough to take the time to look on the computer to find EXACTLY what I wanted, tan interior, no black rims. The car arrives the next day! Tyler in finance was wonderful! We had some problems with our bank, but Tyler was there, helping us out. We can't express how much we appreciated the incredible people at Mike Maroone Volkswagen. We DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience.
