Service writers are extremely helpful and explain all aspects of the services being performed. A ride is also offered in case you need it
John (jack) was prompt when we arrived and very knowledgeable in introducing us to the vehicle before we test drove. He answered our questions confidently and in a friendly manner. Great to work with and we did not feel pressured. As far as the finance end, the wait was ridiculous. I almost wanted to walk out. Jack was very social and chatted with us and apologized many times, however, the wait time was unacceptable. Hire more finance folks or change your process. All was smooth until that point.
Extremely happy with the service I received, and the way everyone was interested in making sure I was okay waiting for the service to be completed.
Had a good experience with Sales. Some miscommunication on final price but it all worked out fine.
