Had an appointment for a 10,000 mile service on my new Jeep GC Overland. I was about 15 late, but was still greeted warmly by Sean, and was serviced immediately. Service took about 1 hour, and I was informed via phone text and video that all was good. Really liked the video update! No issues with my car, or with customer service. Excellent experience.
Amber has taken great care of me while I navigate the various issues related to the 4xe recalls and failures. Always prompt, courteous, and responsive. The experience at Hanania service has far surpassed any of the previous dealerships I have worked with.

Steve was amazing and the whole team got me in and taken care of same day! Worth the 30 minute drive even though I have a Jeep dealership 2 miles down the road. I will continue to drive just to have my Jeep serviced and taken care of because of the great customer service and experience!
