All right, we’re gonna do this review again because I’m not sure if the first one went through. Lorenzo Cortez was amazing. Bottom line he knew exactly how to handle me, and using that term handle me probably isn’t the best but that’s ok. Now, not that I’m high maintenance or anything, but I know what I want, I know how I want it, and I will have it that way. And 99% of it happened exactly the way that it needed to. The only part that didn’t was the amount of payment, however that is not at the fault of Lorenzo or Finance. And that is what it’s going to be for now. This all happened because I received a preapproval for Daytona, Kia, and I wanted to shop a little bit more local than Daytona Beach. Come to find out Daytona Kia and Deland Kia are owned by the same person. I started researching the different SUVs based on my son’s recommendation. My son is quite the gearhead and manages several West Coast car clubs, and as he was a former Kia owner, I knew I could go to him and ask him for his unadulterated recommendations. Based on the upcoming driving that I’ll be doing, the fact that I need to move some things from here to there, and that it was time for me to get a new car or a vehicle, my son suggested the Sportage SUV. Here I am doing research, and I get a message from Lorenzo asking how he could help. I didn’t wanna have to deal with a lot of back-and-forth, and I kind of let him know that pretty immediately. Did I scare him off? Nope. He was quite respectful of my boundaries, and he explained those same boundaries to Alexandria in Finance. Holy smokes was she awesome as well? Yes. Both of them together were an amazing team and during my previous vehicle purchase (at the dealer who will not be named), I spent about six hours at the dealer, did a lot of haggling, and the previous Finance people did a lot of no listening. I’m glad to see that that is not how things are being done nowadays, and certainly not at Deland Kia. And I’m really glad to see that I didn’t have to worry about buying a new vehicle for a couple of years but when it’s time… Guess where I’m going? Guess who I’m working with? That’s right, Lorenzo and Alexandra!

This was the third dealer I had visited in 2 days and they were instantly amazing. I had planned to do more shopping around but didn’t. They were kind, personal, not at all pushy like the others. Most of all patient. I have already recommended them to several others.

Bree did a wonderful job helping me get my car serviced. Having health issues, she treated me with great care and respect. Make certain you get a good representative like Bree.

Great dealership to work with. Friendly and helpful staff. Juan was the best, will definitely be back again or recommend Juan to any friends or family.

I have always found Deland Kia extraordinary in their service and sales. Roberto. Casanova is an excellent sales person and took the time to explain everything about our new electric EV 3. My wife and I are so pleased with our new car!
