Roberto was very professional & wonderful to work with. The finance guy was also great to work with. I did not give five stars due to the fact that I had to return the vehicle after only driving it a few times with a faulty AC compressor on a brand new vehicle. That was very frustrating yet the service team, Derek was empathetic and also professional to work with and helped had a vehicle delivered to me while I wait on the part. That should not happen in a brand new vehicle I was without my new car a couple of weeks. Besides that, the dealership was great to work with.

Regina was efficient and friendly! I didn't like the windshield glass people acting like Kia employees, they are misleading and annoying.
