I have bought one used car and two new cars from Direct Dodge. My experiences with the sales and finance team was excellent. Roxanne and James worked closely with me to get the car I wanted at a price and finance plan that worked for me. Angie in service has always been helpful when I had a question about service or my warranty. In addition, I have sent friends and family to Direct Dodge and they have been happy with their experiences as well. Awesome place to buy a car!
Have purchased 3 vehicles & had vehicles serviced regularly at this dealer. Never had a problem with anybody. Always helpful and professional. Can't imagine the reason for the bad reviews.
