Ordered a new Sprinter early in 2021. When it arrived late that year, it was missing $5,000 in options I ordered. That isn't the fault of the dealer, but I had 0 communication from the dealer about the deleted options. I discovered the deficits when I showed up to collect the vehicle. They discounted the price to reflect the missing options and reduced the discount I had negotiated by the same proportion. The only thing they did was provide 2 h of labor to install the roof rails after I purchased them. Take it, or leave it and start over on a 2022 model with another 6 month wait.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience with sales consultant Edward Jones. What initially started as “just looking” turned into falling in love with a range rover. Edward was incredibly helpful, kind, humorous, and knowledgeable. Every car salesman should be like Edward!
