Great customer service would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a Cadillac to go to Vera Cadillac
All I can say is “Wow” amazing service. Had the vehicle towed to their shop on a Friday, Spoke with Eric and Christopher over the phone. They told me to give them a couple of days. Tuesday afternoon the car was delivered to my home. Best of all the work was covered under an extended warranty.
I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Vera. My salesman Han was first class. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to customer service. Gabino handled my financing and made the process effortless. I will purchase from them again. Definitely.
After visiting several dealerships i was impressed with the 1st contact, salesman Kamel Machado. He was very charismatic and friendly and made me feel right at home. After several visits and a no pressure approach, I decided to pull the trigger on the new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq. Also very happy w the service dept and their staff. Great dealership that I will be referring friends and family to.
