Only complaint was wasting a trip and time —warranty work had to be re-done

1st time I have needed to use the dealership for my vehicles major repair and it was easy and painless. I was impressed with communication and polite professionalism of all. I was easy to have to go in and talk to the service people as they were welcoming and always in pleasant moods. Just when you think service isn't what it used to be Bockers proved me wrong. They truly care and are topnotch when it comes to customer care.
