Bought Used Torrent, cash deal asked several times if any known defects. Over and OVer how great the car was. Allowed short test drive seemed ok. On way home noticed the engine temp gauge didn't work. Took car right back was told it must be sensor bring in on Friday and we will fix. Well 3 hours after leaving car they call not sensor and told to call back Monday. Called Monday told not sensor but entire cluster, and they would give me a break and fix for $750.00 it was not a safety issue. They then said it went out on the way home...When I called and asked the part number to have it fixed outside dealership they refused to give it to me. My mechanic fixed it for less than $400 parts, progam and all...If you consider buying a car from Grindstaff take it to an independent mechanic and have it checked out because they DON'T

This is an extremely unreasonable company that doesn't care a Bout their customers or families. They will lie to you straight to your face
