Awesome job by Daniel Gonzalez in sales and Jorge Aranda in finance. Both made the purchase process very easy and efficient.

Went in to buy a car today. Car salesman told me with everything out the door it’s 28.5k for the car. I show up they say 34k for car and switch topics whenever I asked for apr. They said my 60 month payment was around 750 a month for a 34k car!!!! They hid my apr. I found out it was around 30 percent Apr they tried to hide from me. Keep in mind I am a 760 credit score getting 30 percent apr. Also they tried to charge me 7000 dollars because they had to do repairs on car when they brought it in months before I even walked through the door. I said I’m not paying that, they come back and reduce that add on charge by 3000 but add a new warranty for 1800. I really was going to buy this car today but these people are SCAMMERS. Please avoid Dylan the salesman every time I called him out, he said oh your right and went and fixed it but added an extra charge onto paper and then told me he didn’t put that the engine was rebuilt on website because it wouldn’t bring in customers. The finance guy in back is very shady as well. Car had scratched up rims and bad tint and exterior damage and when I asked if that can be fixed or taken off vehicle price they said I have to get it done myself. Disgusting practices being done at this dealership. If your buying please avoid these people they will try and scam you. I’m just happy I didn’t get the car and I walked out without making a life ruining financial decision that these people tried to hid numbers from me.

My car is buying experience. Here was great. However, the service department is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I was expecting a call back that day. None arrived. The next day I made two calls and went to voicemail. The service guy later, called back and apologized for not returning my call, but said the car would not be ready the next day and could not give a date when it would be ready. Do not expect anything good out of the service department, find somewhere else. Even though the sales experience was good I would not recommend using this dealership because you can’t get decent service.

I had a great experience at CDJR Of Fort Myers thanks to my salesman Yanzel Pagan From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He took the time to explain features, compare options, and made sure I felt comfortable with every part of the process. The entire purchase was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and customer care — highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a new vehicle.

When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by Ethan with a friendly smile. (Even though it was his lunch time and he’d just heated up his lunch but chose to help me instead)! He asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and after talking he pulled up all the things that would work for me in my budget. now, I am a picky person and was having a hard time finding what I wanted doing online searches. Ethan took away all that stress and matched me with my new Jeep! After the test drive- I knew it was the one for me. He got the process started with the paperwork and Patrick, in finance took over. Now, I had a unique circumstance where I had the rental car I rented with me and no way to get both vehicles back to my house so Ethan went above and beyond and drove it to my house for me! Upon doing so, I had lost my new temp license plate on the back due to the wind but Ethan again was able to save the day and issue a new one to me and installed it again with more protection this time. I appreciate all the time and effort this dealership puts into their customers as it really builds the value of the experience. Thank you Ethan and Patrick, you two are rockstars!
