Great place to get a car shop with dom Simpson best salesman there! He’s guaranteed to get you in a ride
Only giving a two because my van is awesome but I received a red light ticket for the van I traded to the car lot 43 days after I signed my van over to them so I was told they sold my trade in with my tag on it . I know I should have took my tag but it was like 3 or 4 hour and I forgot to get the tag but you would think a car lot would know not to sell a car with someone’s tag on it but Trea McMillian said he would get my tag back and still hasn’t now I have to file a police report and report this to the DMV
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OLE BEN FRANKLIN LOOOOONNNGGG story short, we traded a truck for a truck and then they repossessed the truck we purchased because they couldn't retail our trade in. We hired a lawyer and proved there was nothing in the contract saying they could do this and they did not give us the truck back. When I went to get our trade in back they also kept $1300 of our down payment and made us pay for the illegal repossession that we were able to file a stolen car report on. Such a horrible situation and I don't want anyone to ever go through what we did.
Daniel and Chris were so amazing! They knew the situation I was in and they helped me to the best of their ability. I can honestly say I will definitely continue to come purchase cars here with these guys! They made my first time making payments on a car easy and extremely affordable for my family of 7. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! Thank you guys for everything!
They check your ID if you come in with a card saying you won money through their third party programs when doing a bank clearance, but they fail to read the date, because they assume you're born yesterday. We brought in one and were seated immediately with a bank rep who said the usual "I'm on your side" (they never are) stuff, then put us in two vehicles to drive before finally saying that the card didn't win (a common scam, wherein this is determined by the "prizerunner" based on likelihood of an immediate sale). Of the two vehicles shown, one was a BMW that is discontinued (good luck buying the parts in the USA) and the other was a Ford that (based on the braking) I suspect has had frame damage at some point. CARFAX is not displayed on the vehicles, nor is the sticker price. I suspected the scam after mentioning "money first" and watching the body language of the bank guy to see how he reacted (he couldn't make eye contact and passed us off). After finding out our credit was good and we had more than one vehicle to trade in, we were tag-teamed by the bank guy, his wife, the owner, and the showrunner until they finally confessed they wouldn't pay the money and we walked on the spot. Will never give them business, and do not recommend that anyone else should either. The banks send people in on these places when they are failing to sell product off the lot, as this causes the lender who financed the cars to the dealership to lose money. After reading the reviews here and experiencing the staff, as well as the facilities (pubic hair on the urinals, dirty and dusty office spaces with chipped desks), I can see why the bank is swooping in and trying to help them push sales.
Horrible service and they also have a mail scam called “Moneypoly” every card is the EXACT same. No different symbol layouts or anything. When you try to claim the non-existent reward, they push you to buy stuff.
