Was Very Pleased with the salesman Diontray, as well as Junior, they were very forthcoming in sales assistance. The only drawback was the treatment and operations from the GM dealership from Troy Alabama, misrepresenting actual new vehicle mileage at 100 miles on title and registration when in fact there was over 1500 miles logged, and exterior and interior was VERY Dirty, the people from David Scott Lee GMC Crestview, did an Awesome job in ensuring their customer was satisfied and was very apologetic concerning the Troy dealership’s misrepresentation.
Alex handled everything great and was able to get the truck back promptly. Great service
Thus dealership has grown out of its footprint. I think I bought a lemon and constantly want to make service appointments but they are always booked way far put. Troy is an amazing car salesman, you buy a car from him and become family great guy.
I contacted David Scott Lee GMC for a specific truck on their lot. I was given an appointment with Dani Partridge. When I got there and met Dani, she was super nice and knowledgeable about the truck. From the time I met her and left with a purchased truck was literally under 2 hours. If you have ever purchased a vehicle from a dealer, you know 4-5 hours is the norm! Dani and the finance crew were awesome in every aspect! I will definitely send all my family and friends looking to buy a car or truck her way! Thanks for the terrific buying experience!
