Service was conducted faster than usual and I was notified when it was completed. In the past I waited for hours. I was offered a car wash, that did not happen.

They were very courteous. Got to my truck quickly after I dropped it off. They forgot to refill the wiper fluid that was empty on the oil change. Paperwork said it was checked.
