What Others Say

I was very happy with the vehicle and the delivery. Troy has been helpful as well after the sale.

It was the smoothest transaction I have ever done to buy a new truck thanks

I had previously called on Monday and spoke with Jeremy. Jeremy was supposed to have called me back., I'm still currently awaiting that call! Saturday i called back and i spoke with Lora. Lora, it being her 2nd day she was great! I know at times we get busy but a call back would have been acceptable. My tire sensors were change and one of the car salesmen's said they should have cleaned my tire where they scuffed the tire. Not being a Karen just wanted to leave my honest feedback.

Really nice sales staff , very efficient, smooth transaction , Over and beyond my expectations. I will definitely look to David Scott Lee GMC for next purchase

We’ve been using the Lee dealerships for years. Eddie and the team took care of us.

I want to clarify my previous review because I don’t want my dissatisfaction with the dealership to unfairly reflect on my salesman, Eli Fayne. Eli was actually the best part of my experience. He treated me with respect, worked with me on the truck, and continued trying to help me even after the sale when apparently dealership policy required him to step back. My frustration is with how things were handled by the dealership after the sale. I was given the runaround over my second key and had difficulty getting straight answers or finding someone willing to take responsibility for resolving the issue. I was also specifically told during the financing process that because of the deal I received, I was required to keep the GM Financial loan for four payments before refinancing. I made it clear at the time that I intended to refinance through my credit union because they had already offered me a substantially better interest rate. I was led to believe that making those four payments was a requirement of my deal. After reviewing my contract and speaking directly with management, I learned that there was no such requirement in my contract preventing me from refinancing sooner. That was extremely frustrating, especially because I relied on the information I was given while making a major financial decision. Those issues are the reason for my dissatisfaction with the dealership. They are not a reflection of Eli. Based on my personal dealings with him, Eli did his job and did it well. He was the person I felt was actually trying to help me, and I would recommend him as a salesman. I believe in giving credit where it’s due, and Eli deserves that credit. My concerns with the dealership and its handling of my purchase still stand, but I don’t believe Eli should take the blame for decisions or information that were outside of his control.
