I brought vehicle in for rub out of scratch on right rear of vehicle & PermaPlate application. I waited. The whole process went very quickly. They did a GREAT JOB with the rub out of scratch. I am very happy with the PermaPlate application. Everyone did a great job!

Meagan reached out to me about car i owned and submitted online at KBB to see what it was worth. She was pleasant to talk to and because of that we came to the dealership to look at SUV's. My Wife and I were not even thinking about a GM product at all until the call from Meagan. So when we arrived at the dealership we asked for Meagan but she was in the internet department and could not help with new car sales so she introduced us to Eddie. Eddie listened to our wants and suggested several cars to look at then showed us the Terrain we ended up buying. He was thoughtful and made us feel like our concerns were top priority to him. This was the second Dealership we stopped at and we had several more to go. After we test drove the Terrain we still had more SUV's to look at and before we left the GMC Dealership, Courtney Brower (Sales Manager) came over to ask was their anything he could do to earn our business that day and of course we said no at that time as we had more SUV's to look at. Courtney was pleasant to talk to and did not pressure us into staying to buy at that time but did offer more incentives to see if we would stay. The Wife and I went and looked at a few more SUV's but we could not get the offer and warranty that is standard at this dealership out of our minds. So after looking at several more SUV;s we called Eddie and said we were on our way back to buy the Terrain we looked at. I do not remember the finance managers name but he was pleasant to deal with and kept our time to a minimum in his office and made sure we understood what we were signing. My wife is happy with her new SUV and that to me is all that counts but with the attention to detail by the sales staff and management that was the driving force that brought us back.

Polite and courteous- was upfront and I never had to worry about wasting time coming from a long distance to work out a deal. Would definitely recommend

I was happy with my deal I made, I was not told I would have to finance with GMC to keep my discounts until I was about to complete the signing.
