We came from Queens NY, and we had an absolute great experience from the first greeting at the service door entrance by Allison, followed by a hot cup of coffee and a bagel with choice of cream cheese or butter. And then meeting up with our service rep Ashley, who I had spoken to a few days before and she couldn't be more helpful on the phone, And even more when we were introduced in person. Every question was answered completely and with well informed knowledge. The time estimate of the four tires installed and wheel balancing plus alignment was very close to the predicted estimated time in addition to a multipoint inspection which I was also grateful to get - which informed me of my need for an engine filter replacement, which subsequently also gave me better mileage for the close to 300 mile trip we were taking! To top it all off, we were given a choice for a free hand car wash. It doesn't get better than that! Thank you Ertle Subaru of Stroudsburg -- you have taken service by a dealership to another plateau!

Lauren who answered the phone heard my problem, in town for a funeral, then proceeded to help me. I was able to drop off car. That afternoon Pedro called to explain what the check up had found. He met with my son-in-law & I & explained what had happened. He gave us very good information. I would not hesitate to return to Ertle for service. After I got home I realized they had also washed my car-Wow! That’s service plus!
