They handled my issue quickly and professionally. Need a larger fleet of loaner vehicles however
I went in without an appointment because I needed a new battery. James met me right away when I pulled in. He checked me in and got my car looked at right away. I had to wait while they worked on it and he kept me informed the entire time. He made the wait more tolerable because he was very kind. I even told him I didn’t know how to reconnect my phone now that the battery was changed, and he immediately got someone to help me! Thank you James and Nate. James is awesome!

Cory was extremely informative and showed great patience through the pendency of my repairs due to delays from the third party warranty company. I would not hesitate to recommend Ziegler BMW and in particular Cory as a service writer.
