My experience with Ziegler BMW has always been more than satisfactory. My present BMW X3 is the second car I’ve had serviced there, so I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. The only request I make would be to bring back the free cookies!

I was in the waiting area for quite some time for an oil change, brake flush and car wash, but it was expected. Everyone was very friendly overall and that definitely makes the experience even better.
