My poor older mother drove from Sheridan because she thought she won $10,000 in their “contest.” Come to find out that everyone gets a phony winning ticket in the mail and they just try to change the subject before trying to sell you an overpriced used car with an insane interest rate. She told me there was 10 foul mouth salesmen smoking out front that wouldn’t leave her alone. She told them she wasn’t interested and they kept bringing another guy over to put more pressure on here to buy a car RIGHT NOW. The kicker is all these crazy people are traveling salesmen, who will lie through there teeth and burn bridges with as many potential customers as possible until they find a vulnerable target that they can rope into an overpriced vehicle. How can White’s let these crooks burn their local clientele? My mother is older and naive but she ain’t dumb. She got them to spill the beans on everything involving this scam. Those crooks love to hear themselves talk, she says. She even hit the voice recorder on here android phone, too. Glad I showed her how. I heard it all, too. I WILL NEVER.. I REPEAT NEVER.. EVER.. SHOP THERE AGAIN! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP THERE EITHER. There loss too. I have a small fleet of decked out 2500 and 3500 that I am ready to trade in for the newest model, highest trim. I do it every year. I was ready to get my mother a Compass limited for Christmas, too. I will go elsewhere and it won’t be ANY White’s dealership. I don’t care if they aren’t associated. They are all dead to me.
10/10 would not recommend this dealership - wish I could give zero stars. They will sell you a certified pre-owned vehicle and then you discover the issues after the sale. I just found the 4th issue with this vehicle and when I call Griffen Nelson at White's, I get the usual platitudes 'you didn't buy the extended warranty' and 'you signed off on the inspection checklist'. And when I finally get a copy of the inspection checklist, this latest issue was not even inspected! And one item they supposedly did inspect on the inspection checklist, I had to replace shortly after I got the vehicle. Not to mention Griffen needs to do better homework on the vehicles he sells. He didn't give me nearly enough $ to replace the cracked windshield the vehicle already had as he said the vehicle did not have rain sensing. These types of windshields are expensive due to the additional cost of to recalibrate it and the cost was more than what he gave me for the replacement. This dealership takes no responsibility and accountability for issues that should have been caught in inspecting the vehicle. Save yourself a trip and avoid this dealership. And White's, do better, be better.
I would not recommend these people to anybody. The Portfolio warranty they give you on a used vehicle isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. I will never buy a vehicle from them again!!!
The sale went good bud after I got the new keep the items I was promised and paid for have been ignored I phoned the dealership was told my sales person would give me a call it’s been over a week and nothing

Pretty much what I expected from a car dealership. Marked up the price from the book value and then called it a discount by marking at the book value. There was a low fuel warning and I got the feeling it would be too much to ask to get them to fill it before I took it home. They were patient and friendly, but don't expect them to have done much to the used vehicles like simply filling fluids and checking tire pressures. The ones I looked at were clean however. Hopefully I won't have to deal with any dealerships for awhile. Its just the industry probably plus the sick feeling of having payments again.
