At 53 years old I have had many experiences at car dealerships - both good and bad. I therefore brought my teenage son to observe the harrowing car buying quest. I thought there would be many teachable moments: the hidden fees, the lack of vehicle history, the bait-and-switch, the high-pressure finance manager. None of these are present at Acura Columbus! Instead I reverted to "here's what to be wary of at OTHER dealerships". I want to give particular thanks to Tyler Norris, who helped select the used MDX we purchased with consideration of my budget and its intended purpose. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and above all, courteous. Likewise we were treated with respect by Business Manager Ryan Ouzts. I had come with pre-approved financing from by bank, but he found a significantly better lender for me. It has been a week since the purchase, and my positive impression lingers. I am so happy there are still dealerships that serve customers in this manner. The entire organization should be proud!
