Acura Columbus always seems to exceed my previous visit. The staff is amazing from valet to check out. Zach was great! He was extremely patient answering my zillion of questions and explained everything. I felt comfortable leaving and knowing my car was handled with care and I wasn't being scammed. I absolutely love this place!

He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells , Strve is very patient during your decision making process, and he is focused on answering your questions /concerns and getting you in the right vehicle and the best deal possible. The second reason we are longtime customers at Acura Columbus is the Service Mgr Larry Jones and the service department. The service department does an outstanding job and is well trained and qualified to keep your Acura running forever (2013 RDX with 262000 miles and still runs great) upgrading to a. MDX we need more space. Thank you to Acura Columbus for making the vehicle shopping / purchasing experience a pleasant one . You are the reason we keep coming back.
