We purchased a Ram 1500 in 2021 and it was by far the best experience I've had with a car dealership. As we live over 1000 miles away, they would not have been on my radar for our Ram 1500 had so many people on a Ram Forum not praised their experience with MD. I emailed, requested an "out-the-door" quote for an ordered vehicle (I gave them the options I wanted) and heard back the same day with a price that shocked me when I compared it with local dealers who considered MSRP, less RAM rebates, to be their bottom line. At the time I worked with Aaron Ginsburgh because that's who the Ram Forum kept mentioning but I believe shortly after we bought, they started steering buyers to other salespeople because he was getting overloaded. He was incredibly good to work with. Gave me a good quote on our trade-in based only on the photos I took and one video of the engine running. When we arrived, we were greeted quickly and he took us straight to meet our new truck. Let me add that we made this trip at the tail end of a vacation on the SC coast and we had our dogs with us. This was in July so you can imagine what Louisiana was like around mid-day. He offered to let our dogs go inside to stay cool, but we ended up just letting them stay with my wife in the Jeep with the A/C running. We were paying cash, so our "checkout" process was extremely quick. Like another review said, they mentioned the extended warranty but were extremely low pressure on buying it. When I was there, they were offering a "Louisiana Dealer Services" extended warranty. There were no unexpected charges that arose at the last minute either. I believe it was Thomas Loupe who handled the paperwork. I looked back at my emails and saw that he had even offered to have someone "dog-sit" for us while there if we needed it. After the paperwork, he walked us through all the major features on the truck and answered any questions we had. It was similar enough to our Jeep Grand Cherokee that we really didn't need much assistance. Overall it was a great experience I would not hesitate to repeat in the future. For this transaction, I really wanted to meet Aaron after having worked with him during the entire process, so we drove. I'd probably at least consider having a future vehicle shipped to us. I know this review is years after our purchase but I just rain across this site and wanted to share our experience.

Poor communication with custom ordered RAM resulted in being unable to take delivery, lost deposit, and no interest in making it right. I understand they don't build the vehicle and they are following their policy. But communication is expected and they dropped the ball. I've never had such a poor experience with ordering a vehicle. They are no longer responding to messages and never called to follow up with their failure. Ordering elsewhere next time.

Best buying experience I’ve had. They are honest, upfront, and transparent, not to mention the best pricing I found anywhere. Financing doesn’t push you to buy all the extended warranties and protections. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Will def buy from there again.

Mark CDJR is one of the best dealers from whom I have purchased. My son ordered a Ram 3500 and the transaction was flawless from order to delivery. I purchased a Challenger Hellcat and had a significant issue. The sales manager immediately resolved the problem to my satisfaction. In April I ordered a Challenger Demon 170. This is a very limited production vehicle that most dealers were gouging their customers at purchase. I took delivery of my Demon on Dec 18 for my order price after Dodge put two price increases on the car. Everyone involved from order to delivery were excellent. Bill, Anthony and Aaron were professional & responsive through a long wait for the car. I live over 1300 miles from Lake Charles and they make your purchase worth the distance.

My name is Oscar W Carballo, I ordered a Ram TRX in November 2022. As the truck was built they kept me informed. When the truck was ready I traveled from Miami to Lake Charles where the dealer is to drive the truck back. I want to especially thank Mr. Marsh Buice who took care of the entire purchasing process. He was very nice, respectful and professional, I didn't feel any pressure and the entire paperwork process was done online without problem and effectively.
