I leased a hybrid Wrangler/Rubicon 4xe . I couldn’t decide whether to keep or lease another Jeep product, so I extended by 3 months to give me time to shop. Literally 2 weeks after the 3 year warranty, the hybrid battery goes. Less than 35,000 miles. Cost: $620. Unbelievable! Had I turned in the vehicle, it would have been there problem. Would not recommend the dealership or the vehicle. Get a Lexus!! .

Absolutely awful! Even trying to deal with management they do nothing. Will never purchase from them and will make sure to share how awful they are to deal with, which is a shame because used to be a wonderful dealership. Unfortunately the management thinks no answer is appropriate.

Officially the worst car purchasing experience in my entire life. I purchased a new vehicle the first week of November. At the delivery, it was discovered to have some body damage. They asked me to still take delivery and make an appointment with the service department to get fixed. I went three months of chasing the service manager down every which time I was told they were still trying to find me a rental car. Finally, the check engine light went off, and my backseat will not work and I reached out to the general manager, Craig, who did get me into a rental car, and said we’d get everything handled right away. My car is at the dealership now for +4 weeks and still has not even been serviced, I get a message daily saying I’m next on the list. GM Craig has gone radio silent.

My vehicle was at this location for repairs from March 25 to April 24. When I did receive it back there were different issues that were not present when I dropped it off. Communication was nonexistent, I had to instigate contact for any updates, and was flat out lied to as to the status of my repairs. I finally contacted the service manager who informed me that as of April 18 work had not even started on my vehicle. I spent nearly $1200 on ride share and car rental services as I was told numerous times that there were no loaner vehicles available. My entire experience with this dealership's service department was a nightmare.

Terrible experience in used car department! My 25 year old son had his Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen while he was away with US Army Reserves. This dealer had a similar replacement vehicle. But, despite the fact that my son works for Stellantis full-time and is a part-time US Army soldier, this dealership refused to take a penny off their asking price. Desperate for a vehicle he was signing loan docs when they tried to add $1800 hidden fees for inspecting and cleaning the vehicle. It was unethical and immoral... do not recommend!
