What Others Say

I encountered some issues during my visit to the dealership to purchase my Palisade upgrading from a 2022 to 2026. I left the dealership without completing the transaction but received a call the next day from the General Manager Travis who offered a resolution and the transaction was completed over the phone and online. Thanks Travis and JW Hyundai.

I only rated this dealership 1 star because it wouldn’t let me do ZERO Stars like it deserves. Actually, it deserves negative 100 stars. If you want to take your car in for servicing and get little to no Communication this is the service department for you. Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield needs to clean house and start rebuilding the service department with new management and new staff. You make an appointment for service drop it off the night before to get there 6 hours after the initial appointment for their world class service employee to tell you that nothing was done because they had no clue what I needed done when the form I filled out on the front of the envelope used to put my keys in the night drop off clearly says oil change as well as the email confirming the appointment. OH, I tried to call you to confirm what service you needed, She didn’t call or message the number on file nor the same number on file that was clearly written on the form on the front of the envelope in the night drop. Now I have to wait for servicing which defeats the whole purpose for dropping my car off the night before my 8:15 am appointment. I would not recommend that dealership for servicing nor Michelle Perry as your service advisor. If you want to be treated like you’re a bother and receive no communication whatsoever then she is the advisor for you. I wouldn’t normally complain, but after the 4th time taking your car in for servicing and receiving the same treatment something has to give. I don’t know if the service manager cares or not but he needs to do something to correct his department because clearly with all these reviews saying the same thing I’m saying there is a real underlying problem.

Service department has no clue how to run a business. They lie about appointments on warranty work. Take your car anywhere else

When I arrived, it was obvious that both sales and service were extremely busy and I contemplated coming back at another time. But I had an awesome, hassle free experience purchasing my Elantra N Line with Mitch. He took the time to explain my options in detail and made sure I had no surprises in the process. Brook in finance was a dream to work with, zero pressure, and had my paperwork together in record time. I mentioned I had a question about the sound of the AC from the outside the car and she had a service tech came up, check and explained the vents were simply closed and relieved my concerns. This was my 6th new car purchase and the team at Fairfield Hyundai outshined every single dealership I've ever worked with.

Had a very pleasant experience in service. They came out to treat me once I pulled in went over my vehicle with me then showed me to the lounge and pointed out the snacks and WiFi password. A bit later I got a video from the technician and the advisor reviewed the recommendations with me. I decided to wait to next time but I will be back they were very nice.

Made an appointment for nine am that was confirmed via text multiple times. Arrived promptly at 9am unable to find a single employee. At about 910, was informed that sales staff had a brief morning meeting and they would help me shortly. I left at 930 am without seeing or speaking to a single salesperson. I am not sure why you would make an appointment for 9am, confirming it half an hour beforehand, then just not come to the front desk. But that is incredibly rude and disrespectful of the customers time. Do not waste your time with Jeff Wyler
