The experience was ok I was disappointed that this dealership didn't offer coffee or other refreshments like other dealerships do.
Welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive My experience has been great. From the time I came in with my car . Nicholas was very knowledgeable about what I was telling him was wrong. He also informed me that it may be covered under warranty and I wouldn't have to pay. They order my parts once it came in we set up a date for me to come in and get it fixed. Blake called and informed me that everything was working properly and that my car was ready for pick up. They provided excellent customer service!
The dealership is fine. My only complaint is when They called me to tell me my car was ready but they didn't inform me that if I use my credit card I will be charged a fee.
Besides the loud noise from the construction, he kept me informed through the whole process
The staff are cordial they appear to do good work Good communication, although one staff asked me about trading in my vehicle. She didn't make me feel that it would be beneficial for me
Travis handled all my issues and questions. He is an asset because I asked him a question he did know the answer to so he took the time to look it up and answer me with the truth. I appreciate people who are ethical and honest with me.
