Had a battery problem on my F150 I bought at Henson, local Ford dealer would not replace it as they said it was a AC Delco. I bought this truck new off the Henson lot. I called the Henson Group, service manager and he said bring it on up, he'd take care of it. He did replace the faulty battery in record time. Explained what happened and fixed me right up. Way to go Mr. Martinez.

What a joy to work with this dealership… just going into retirement I bought a Ford King Ranch package for my retirement truck.. The dealership from beginning to end and end into service is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life.. Very friendly upfront and flexible… I don’t recommend much but I do and would recommend HENSON FORD

Parts were ordered. Parts came in the next day and the truck was on the road that day. Can't for anything better than that.
